We are looking for nursing assistants/care assistants for work in elderly care, short-term care, and home care this summer. There is an opportunity to work in home care in central Lindesberg, Frövi, Fellingsbro, and Storå. If you are interested in working in residential care, there are also opportunities in central Lindesberg, Frövi, Storå, and Fellingsbro.

Additionally, there is an opportunity for you who summer job in care and support to earn up to 4,000 SEK extra in summer bonus if you work up to 8 weeks during the period of week 25 - 32. If you are a trained nursing assistant, you can earn up to 7,000 SEK in bonus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer you an introduction where you will shadow experienced colleagues to feel secure in your role. In the introduction, you will gain knowledge about our values that all staff work from. You will always have close access to colleagues who provide support when needed.

You will work in a rewarding and stimulating work environment, where the focus is on helping individuals with varying tasks based on their needs.

If you are hired, you will receive a schedule for the summer period that runs between weeks 25-32. We strive to offer you a schedule based on your preferences and how much you want to work. For those who want to work during the spring, there will be opportunities for hourly employment. There will also be a chance for you to continue working as a substitute after the summer.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • We are looking for someone who is interested in working with people.
  • Education or experience in care and support or social work is an advantage.
  • You must master the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with residents, relatives, and other staff, as well as document what the business requires.
  • A driver's license B is required to work in home care.
  • As a person, you are flexible and easy to collaborate with others.
  • You have a good attitude and are not afraid to take your own initiative.
